Role Overview You’ll join a small, exceptionally high-calibre team of 8+ engineers with deep backgrounds in cryptography, compilers, and distributed systems. The team includes talent from leading blockchain and Web3 companies, along with graduates from prestigious research institutions. You will own ambitious engineering challenges that directly shape the product and the protocol.
This role is full-time onsite in New York City (Union Square). Relocation support provided.
Hard Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Rust, C, or C++
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver on complex problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding and willingness to commit to the fast pace of a startup environment
- Not required to be “crypto native”
- Previous experience in a startup or small team environment
- Knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem (Solidity, EVM, reth)
- Bonus points for:
