As a Developer Relations Engineer, you’ll serve as the link between our protocol engineering team and the broader developer community. Your work will empower builders through technical support, educational content, and community engagement. You’ll help shape the developer journey, gather feedback from users, and advocate for improvements that enhance adoption and satisfaction.
Location: New York City (or willingness to relocate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Developer Support & Advocacy: Help developers integrate with and build on the protocol. Provide hands-on assistance, debug complex issues, and share optimization strategies.
- Technical Content: Create and maintain learning materials—tutorials, sample code, documentation, and articles—to guide developers through onboarding and deployment.
- Community Engagement: Contribute actively to developer channels such as GitHub and community forums. Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and foster collaboration.
- Feedback Loop: Capture and communicate developer insights to influence roadmap priorities and improve the overall developer experience.
- Ecosystem Development: Partner with external teams to expand adoption and strengthen the network’s technical ecosystem.
- Experience in Developer Relations, Technical Support, Protocol Integration, or Software Engineering—ideally within blockchain or decentralized systems.
- 2+ years of smart contract experience using Solidity (knowledge of Yul or Vyper is a plus).
- Background in STEM (Master’s degree preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Familiarity with Ethereum clients and related tooling (e.g., Hardhat, Foundry, wallets).
- Strong communication skills—able to distill complex ideas into clear, accessible explanations.
- Proven success in growing and engaging technical communities across multiple platforms.
